Anthony has been advising FTSE businesses on the recruitment and assessment of their senior executives and non-executives for over fifteen years. Prior to this he held various board roles in international organisations in the FMCG and Fresh Produce sectors.
He has worked for both listed and private companies in the UK and US and has considerable experience of working for family owned businesses. He originally studied mechanical engineering and gained his MBA from the University of Southampton.
He is a Fellow of The Chartered Management Institute and is a Partner of The Future Work Forum.
